The only word to describe Claire is, amazing. As a first time buyer with various obstacles in getting a mortgage Claire went above and beyond to help me purchase my first home. From the very beginning, Claire was friendly, reassuring and supportive all whilst being honest and managing my expectations. If I could give 6 stars I would!! We contacted Paula in the run up to our remortgage date and from the very start Paula and her team were amazing. Paula went through a range of deals with us and secured us the best interest rate. We also chose to redo some of our life insurance policies as circumstances had changed since we took our original policies out, again Paula was extremely helpful and explained all the different options in detail so we could pick what worked best for us. I couldn’t recommend Paula and the Belle Maison team more, they make what can be a complicated process into a simple and seamless process, and Paula was always on hand to answer any questions we had!

I’ll start this review firstly by commenting on Paula as a person, instead of Paula the mortgage advisor. Paula from start to finish of this process has been an absolute superstar. She’s been with us from the beginning and has shown such a keen interest in our lives as a couple, really taking the time to get to know us and what we wanted our future to look like. Paula is professional, compassionate and considerate, and unwaveringly supportive. As a mortgage advisor, Paula has given us exemplary advice, we know we wouldn’t have got the best deal had it not been for Paula. She really took us through every step in great detail and with such understanding, ensuring we were aware of all the pros and cons, which is really useful when you’re selling and buying a home for the first time! We never felt we were being hoodwinked or being sold something we saw no benefit in. Paula and Louise’s responsiveness was very quick which was very appreciated. We would 100% recommend Paula at Belle Maison Mortgages, and can’t wait to come back to her when it’s time to remortgage, or hopefully sooner if not to just check in! Had the best experience with Belle Maison. As a solo first time buyer, I was going in blind and didn’t have a clue about mortgages. Paula made everything so clear and easy, she explained the whole process in such a friendly and non-judgmental manor, which was something I was worried about since not having any knowledge on the whole thing. Being self employed I expected it to be more difficult to get a mortgage offer since I only had one years worth of accounts, however Paula managed to apply for and receive a fully agreed offer within 48 hours! Louise was brilliant with chasing up solicitors and making sure things were on track from start to finish. CALLING ALL FIRST TIME BUYERS! Being a first time buyer I didn’t know where to start, my busy work schedule left zero time for me to chase up all the right people and get all the arrangements in order.
