Paula has been nothing but amazing from start to finish. I first contacted Paula when I was in an IVA and explained my situation, she worked with me from that point to help me every step of the way to build my credit file to be able to buy my first house. Paula has been amazing from start to finish, and has made my life so easy during what is meant to be one of the most stressful periods of your life. I even pulled out of a house purchase and purchased a different house which Paula made so easy to do, and there was no extra fee for this. She also adjusted my mortgage to a lower rate when one became available. It has been completely stress free as Paula and Louise did all of the chasing with the solicitors and sorting my insurances etc, I literally had to do nothing! If I had not used Belle Maison Mortgages I strongly believe my whole experience would have been completely different, so I am so so grateful to have had such a positive experience when buying a house. We used Belle Maison recently to purchase our new home. We weren’t first time buyers this time, and have never been in a chain before so lots of this was new to us. I can’t recommend Paula and Louise highly enough. The whole transaction was made so much easier because Paula provided such an efficient service. She was informative, efficient, and helpful, and always kind and considered. We felt really comfortable having Paula and Louise involved in our transaction and it definitely helped us get where we needed to be. They were very communicative - often out of hours and on weekends which we really appreciated. They helped us work through insurance options too, which was also new to us. If I could give 6 stars I would!! We contacted Paula in the run up to our remortgage date and from the very start Paula and her team were amazing. Paula went through a range of deals with us and secured us the best interest rate. We also chose to redo some of our life insurance policies as circumstances had changed since we took our original policies out, again Paula was extremely helpful and explained all the different options in detail so we could pick what worked best for us. I couldn’t recommend Paula and the Belle Maison team more, they make what can be a complicated process into a simple and seamless process, and Paula was always on hand to answer any questions we had!

She’s been with us from the beginning and has shown such a keen interest in our lives as a couple, really taking the time to get to know us and what we wanted our future to look like. Paula is professional, compassionate and considerate, and unwaveringly supportive. As a mortgage advisor, Paula has given us exemplary advice, we know we wouldn’t have got the best deal had it not been for Paula. She really took us through every step in great detail and with such understanding, ensuring we were aware of all the pros and cons, which is really useful when you’re selling and buying a home for the first time!
