Due to my partners job my current (at the time) mortgage provider were unhelpful and told us they wouldn’t lend to us, and other high street lenders were unlikely too as well. This was extremely stressful at the time. After an hours appointment with Paula we both felt a lot more positive and in the end we got a mortgage with a high street lender. Our mortgage term and mortgage payments are much shorter and lower than we were expecting which was a bonus.
